Bookings are made quickly and efficiently through the website following which professional and experienced cleaners will arrive at your house at the appointed time and date to provide you with the best house cleaning experience.

 

2.Do the cleaners bring their own supplies?

Yes! Our professionals come fully equipped with the supplies to complete the job.

 

3.Does Prime Cleaning Sydney offer office cleaning services?

Yes, we do offer commercial cleaning services, which includes office cleaning. If you require any commercial cleaning services, please contact us by email on sales@pgsgroup.com.au or call us on 1300 434 130 for further details. Any enquiries will be responded to within 24 hours.

 

4.How will I know if my booking has been confirmed?

5.Do I have to be home during the clean?

No, this is up to you. All our cleaners are qualified, trustworthy and experienced cleaners devoted to completing the job to the best of their ability. This is your time, so take this opportunity to relax and we will take care of your house for you. The booking form involves a box in which you can write the details as to how our cleaners will access your house if you choose to spend this time outside meeting your work or social obligations.

 

6.Can I book for today?

Please refer to our booking schedule on the home page, which will display the available hours for each day. You can book today if there are is an availability.  For any special arrangements outside the displayed available hours, please email us on info@primecleaningsydney.com.au or call us on 1300 434 130. Any enquiries will be responded to within 24 hours.

 

7.Can I book for Sunday?

At the moment, we do not offer our services on a Sunday. Please refer to the booking calendar on the Home Page for availabilities. Any enquiries will be responded to within 24 hours.

 

8.What if I need to cancel my booking?

At Prime Cleaning Sydney we understand that unexpected things happen. You can cancel with full refund right up to 24 hours before your booking. Within 24 hours of your booking, you can cancel your cleaning service, however you will be charged up to 35% of the total booking fee with a minimum fee of $35.

 

9.How does your Cleaning pricing work?

Cleaning Services are priced on the type and number of rooms you would like cleaned. Such details can be added in the booking process which can be found on the Home Page. You can enhance your cleaning by adding ‘extras’ such as fridge or oven cleaning to suit our cleaning service to your needs.

11.How do I book for a cleaning service?

On the Home page, click on the date and time for cleaning that suits you. Follow the prompts to fill out the form detailing your cleaning requirements. You will then receive a confirmation email providing you with the details of your booking.
